About

Well hello there, let me introduce Us: We are 2 sisters who have been addicted to coffee since high school. It has been our “hobby” and side work alongside our careers.

We serve coffee from our mobile espresso cart wherever people need caffeinating. This includes events such as Christmas tree farms, weddings, farmers markets or you name it. Catering keeps the joy in being a barista. We love building relationships while serving coffees and teas.

We would love the opportunity to serve coffee for you, so please feel free to reach out to us for more information and details. Also, follow us on facebook and instagram to see what event we are at!

FAQ

Do you require power?

Yes, we do. We require 2 outlets, preferably separate. Our espresso machine, grinder and pump require at least a 20-amp circuit so if a circuit pops during operation it means there is too much being drawn from that circuit. If the event requires a generator, we can operate one for a small additional fee and prior arrangements need to be made.

Can the cup size be increased?

We have 8-16 oz cups, and yes cup sizes can be altered for each event.

How much space do you need?

Comfortably, we need a 10x10 space although arrangements can be made to fit into smaller indoor spaces. For indoor spaces there must be a wheelchair accessible route as our cart cannot be lifted. Our cart also fits into standard elevators if needed.

Do you sell by the cup?

We can serve by the cup. For private events, the most efficient way to serve coffee is an “open bar” style. Charging by the cup requires additional staff for time management reasons.

For public events, it can be more manageable to serve by the cup due to the number of people attending.

Where do you travel to?

We currently serve Snohomish and parts of King county! Our current travel radius is 30 miles from zip code 98290. Outside of 30 miles there is a travel charge, but we are willing to travel! Please reach out for a customized quote, so we can provide an accurate estimate for your event.

How is the espresso cart delivered?

The espresso cart is delivered in a trailer, complete with ramp that requires mostly flat even ground. We are committed to efficiently unloading the cart, and are generally able to unload in 30 mins or less. We can fit inside of an elevator, and inside most modern doorways. Parking for the truck and trailer is most often the biggest hurdle.

How many drinks can be made per hour?

This number is flexible with the cup sizes and hot vs iced coffees. On average we can make 30-40 drinks per hour.

How can the espresso service be customized?

One of our favorite things about being a coffee catering company is customizing around the theme of your event. During the planning process we will go over all the different ways we can fit right in with your event. Here are a few examples:

  • Specialty menu: renaming drinks to life events, funny tag lines or customized flavor options based on your favorite coffee shop beverages.

  • Using your logo, or special branding. Whether it is on a sleeve, sticker or straw.

  • Decorations: having matching decor in front of or on the cart to help tie any loose ends.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are. We carry full business insurance and can name any company as additional insured if so required.

Are you fully licensed?

Yes, we are. We are licensed through the State of Washington.

Are you fully permitted by the health department?

Yes, we are fully permitted to operate anywhere with our cart in Snohomish County and soon King County. We follow all health department regulations for the handling of hot and cold foods and cooling and heating guidelines.
